Task briefing:
Airports are global hubs where cultures, languages, and lives briefly intersect. Millions of people pass through them each day. On an undisclosed date and at an unknown location, one of these travellers recorded a TV screen for 28 seconds. The video can be found below.
Your task is to:
a) Determine the exact date and time when the video was recorded.
b) Identify the airport and the terminal where the TV screen was located.
So let's start.
First of all, the first thing I noticed is the TV text is in a brahmic/Indian script, possibly devanagari, and I also saw the name of the TV channel at the bottom, which is TV Bharatvarsh
Although this could be useful information, this doesn't really help me that much at all so I checked for other clues. I then translated the headline of the news, which gave me

This statement was made by Sharad Pawar on September 1, 2024, and was reported into this website at 9:00pm IST, this correlates to the date that I later noticed on the TV, which was 9:14pm IST.
I also noticed that it was hindi from the “tv9hindi.com” link , but I don't think this narrows it down since hindi is the lingua franca of the country.
Now for the airport, i reverse image searched areas of a screenshot until I found a match, which led me to this pinteres
If I'm correct, this is International Indira Gandhi Airport, terminal 3, but I decided to fact check this with Google maps, which led me to this:
In the center of the images you can see a tv screen that matches the one in the video, it has the same frame and same background.
So my final answer is:
